Enable Digital Fulfillment
In order for the system to identify that you’re selling a digital product so that your customers can check out successfully, you must enable the Digital Fulfillment delivery option. This delivery method allows the customer to skip the step of filling the Delivery Address during the checkout process, as digital product feature would not require the physical delivery address of the customer.
Go to Delivery, and you should be able to find a “Digital Fulfillment” delivery option. Toggle the button to activate the delivery option. The Digital Fulfillment delivery option can be turned on together with any existing Delivery options that have been activated.
