Compatibility View in Older Versions of IE
Compatibility View in Older Versions of IE
If you are using IE 9 or 10, you may experience some size and layout distortions in your website. This is because the default settings in your browser isn’t automatically compatible with TackThis. To view your website correctly, you’ll first need to find out which version of IE you’re currently using by pressing F12.
When Compatibility View is turned on, the webpage you are viewing, as well as any other webpages within the website’s domain will be displayed as if you’re using an earlier version of Internet Explorer. As our website does not support the earlier versions of IE, it is important to disable the compatibility view. To turn off the Internet Explorer compatibility view, simply go to your menu bar, click “Tools” and find “Compatibility View Settings”.
Remove our website (tackthis.com) from the the settings.
Do note not that all website display problems are caused by browser incompatibility. Interrupted internet connections, heavy traffic, or website bugs can also affect how a webpage is displayed.
