Overview

The overview page allows you to monitor the metrics you care most for your online store. Over here, you’re able to track:

• Total Views
• Total Unique Visitors
• Total Sessions
• Average Duration per Session
• Sales Overview
• Customer Registration Overview

The overview page also serves as the default landing page of your admin account every time you log in.

Shop Statistics

Total views: Refer to the number of times your site is visited, no matter how many visitors make up those visits.

Total unique visitors: Refer to the total number of distinct individuals requesting pages from your website during a given period, regardless of how often they visit.

Total Sessions: A session is a group of interactions that take place on your website within a given time frame. For example a single session can contain multiple screen or page views, events, social interactions, and e-commerce transactions.

Average Duration/Session: Total duration of all sessions (in seconds) divided by the number of sessions.

Sales Overview

The Sales Overview is a graphical summary of the transaction volume and number of transactions across a specific timeframe. You can switch between transaction volume and number of transactions at the top left hand corner of the sales overview box. The timeframe can be adjusted from the drop down menu at the top right hand corner of the sales overview box. You can hover over the graph to see the exact values:

Customer Registration Overview
