From the Orders panel, you can:

Search and Filter Orders
Sometimes, you may have multiple orders that span a few pages and sieving through them may get a little troublesome. In TackThis, you can search for specific orders instantly through the filter function located at the top of all your orders.
Filter Order No. allows you to search for orders according to assigned order numbers.
From & To (Date) allow you to search for orders based on the date or time period that the order was made. When you click on the empty field, an automated calendar will pop up, allowing you to choose the relevant dates.
Filter Customer allows you to search for orders made by a particular customer.
Filter Customer Type allows you to search orders made by Registered or Guest accounts.
From & To (Amount) allows you to search for orders of specific amounts.
Filter Payment Status lets you search for orders based on current payment status.
Filter Payment Method lets you search for orders based payment modes.
Filter Delivery Status lets you search for orders based on current delivery status.
Filter Delivery Method lets you search for orders based on delivery modes.
View/Update Payment Status
You can view and update your order payment statuses in the Orders page. Depending on the mode of payment the customer chooses, you’ll be able to make various status changes to the order.

You can view and update your delivery statuses in the Orders page. Depending on the mode of delivery the customer chooses, you’ll be able to make various status changes to the order.
Customer order details can be viewed from the Orders page. To do so, just click on the blue View order details icon.
You will then be brought to the Details page, where you can view everything from details of your customer’s purchase to their contact number, address, method of payment and delivery.
Waybill is a document that contains essential delivery information about the sender and recipient. It needs to be attached to the package that will be sent out for delivery by the courier (Ta-Q-Bin, Xend, RocketUncle, etc.). The waybill also contains a tracking number generated by the courier company, which will allow you to check delivery status. If you are not using any of the listed courier companies, you may also key in the waybill number manually from the respective courier companies you are using. Different courier companies will have their own waybills unique to them.
In TackThis, waybills are automatically generated when you update the order status to Ready to Deliver. A yellow Download waybill button will allow you to download and print your waybill for attachment to your package.
For RocketUncle deliveries, the waybill is sent directly to your email account, so you may print it out from there.
